How quickly can care begin?
Usually within 48-72 hours. For urgent situations like hospital discharge, we prioritize placement and often arrange care within 24 hours.
What if our regular caregiver is unavailable?
We maintain backup caregivers familiar with your loved one's needs. You'll never experience a gap in service.
What funding options are available?
We accept private payment, assist with Veterans Affairs claims, and can guide you through OHIP home care coordination.
Can we start small and adjust as needed?
Absolutely. Many families begin with just a few hours per week and adjust as needs evolve. There's no minimum commitment.
